Carol Olecki is the PCA instructor at Carewide. She began her career in the business world after college before transitioning to nursing school. After several years in home healthcare, she moved into the business side of the healthcare industry before ultimately becoming a PCA instructor.
Carol believes that strong PCA skills are not only essential for personal care but also serve as the foundation of the healthcare industry. She is dedicated to training PCAs to excel as compassionate and skilled caregivers. Her goal is to equip them with the confidence to make a meaningful difference in both their patients’ lives and the healthcare field as a whole.
