COLLECTION OF PHONE NUMBERS

We collect your phone numbers only when you voluntarily provide them to us, for example, during transactions, inquiries, or when you sign up for our promotional messages. You can opt in to receive these SMS messages either by clicking on  on the welcome pop-up (which shows to new users) or in the checkout by checking your SMS sign-up and providing your phone number. 

USE OF PHONE NUMBERS FOR SMS 

Your phone numbers are primarily used to provide you with recruiting, training and placement services as well as occasional updates. These text messages may relate to our services, or any updates that we think may interest you.  We may also provide special discounts or offers through SMS messages. SMS messaging charges may be applied by your carrier. We will only share your phone number with our SMS provider, subject to their privacy policy. 

Opting in – Text Messages

By applying for: Recruiting, Training or Placement you authorize us to contact you, including by sending text messages directly or through a conduit text messaging service and other communications to a cell phone using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice message, at any number you provide. You acknowledge that any text messages or prerecorded messages sent by us may contain sales or marketing content. You may revoke your consent for us to contact you at a specified telephone number by communicating your revocation to us through any reasonable means.

OPTING OUT OF MARKETING MESSAGES

If at any time you wish to stop receiving marketing SMS from us, you can opt out by -Texting STOP to opt-out  -Texting UNSUBSCRIBE to opt-out -Texting CANCEL to opt-out -Texting QUIT to opt-out Please note that the opt-out process may take up to 10 business days to become effective. During this period, you may still receive some messages from us.

Mobile Subscriber Information

Your Mobile Information will NEVER be shared with other parties under any circumstances including third parties, affiliates, or for marketing or promotional purposes.

How HireLivin, LLC uses Personal Information about you

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Service, such as announcements and administrative messages, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and HireLivin, LLC does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Children aged 13 or older should not submit any Personal Information without the permission of their parents or guardians. By using the Service, you are representing that you are at least 18, or that you are at least 13 years old and have your parents’ permission to use the service.

Use of the HireLivin, LLC text message-based services (the “Service”) is subject to the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement (the “Agreement”). Please read them carefully.
  1. HireLivin, LLC will allow several different opportunities, such as a entering a phone number online, to opt-in to SMS services. The opt-in received will be ‘TEXT JOIN to (570) 526-9131 to sign up to receive Notifications from HireLivin, LLC.’
  2. You can cancel the Service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (570) 526-9131. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to (570) 526-9131. After you send the SMS message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our Service as well as how to unsubscribe.
  4. We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers. By agreeing to these Terms of Service and providing us with your mobile phone number when you opt in to the Service, you authorize HireLivin, LLC to contact you by text message at your mobile phone number using an automatic telephone dialing system or device, or any other computer assisted technology as applicable.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
